How does all this work?

This, is the best part, I'm not reinventing the wheel here, there has been laundry service like this in all the bigger cities since the 70's. There are commercial services for the hotels, hospitals, and restaurants, I'm just making this an option for you, and it couldn't be simpler. Click the top right green "Schedule Now" button (the tiny washing machine on your cell phone) and pick a date and tell me where (be specific) you are going to leave your laundry and any special requests you may have. Then put your dirty laundry in a 13 gallon plastic kitchen bag (or whatever size, but the 13 gallon are pretty affordable and keeps the bag from being too heavy) and leave it where you said you were going to.... that's it, you are done. I'll come pick up your laundry sometime after 8 am, tag it with your name and address, take it to the "wash and Fold" place... I'll give them your name; they will weigh your laundry and then I'll send you a link to pay online. Meanwhile they will check your pockets to insure they are empty, separate your clothes, wash, dry, fold, hang if appropriate, and bag them up in a new clean bag. When they text me, I go back and pick them up, text you a delivery date. My goal is to have your clean fresh folded clothes back on your porch before you get home from work the next day, so you can just bring them inside and put them in the drawers and closets where they belong. The Payment system I'm using is Square... like they use at the restaurants, I just send the invoice and get notified once your card clears. I'll never see your personal information.
